Payments
Payment-card details are handled by our payment provider during secure checkout. TABAQ does not need to store your full card number in this website's order records.
Why we use your information
We use submitted information to provide quotes, process and fulfil orders, provide customer support, manage returns, prevent misuse and send launch updates where you have asked to receive them.
Storage and retention
Order and customer-service records are kept only for as long as reasonably required for fulfilment, support, accounting, fraud prevention and legal obligations. Cart preferences may be stored locally in your browser so your basket can persist between pages.

You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information where applicable, or ask to stop receiving optional marketing messages. Use the contact form and choose Privacy request.
Service providers and cross-border processing

Laya chat concierge
Laya is TABAQ’s virtual chat concierge. No customer account is required to chat. Messages and recent conversation context may be processed by service providers so Laya can reply and keep the conversation coherent. Please do not enter passwords, payment-card details or other sensitive personal information in chat. Confirmed product, delivery and returns information on the TABAQ website remains the source of truth.
